COMMON HEALTH QUESTIONS

If you do a Google search on weight loss you will, within less then one second get 111 million sites to go to, holy crap it would take a life time to see every one of them, but it goes to show much information is available on the subject. Like so many other people in my profession, we all get asked the same questions. I receive many emails asking me what is a good way to loose weight, I go to parties and there is always a guy asking me can I write him a weight loss program, yeah sure give me a pen and paper that’s why I came here.

What’s the fastest way to loose weight? This is another common question, cut a leg off, can’t think of a faster way. Sometimes I give in, I explain how food works in our bodies, give them an idea on training, explain the difference between weight training and cardio but even before I finish I already hear the excuses, “Yeah, I work all day I just don’t have the time” great but you have time to waste mine. If I told the same person that I know a web site where you can go to every day at 06:00 for 12 weeks, spend only 30 to 40 minutes on it and by the end of the twelve weeks you will be 2 to 3000 dollars richer, I’m sure he will find the time, right? I think so.

Hey buddy you look like you workout what’s the secret? I’m sorry to say but there is no secret, I’m not doing anything different then hundreds and thousands of other people are doing to look like they workout, there is no secret. I do not belong to a secret society for weight loss, I do not own a scientific piece of equipment that I use ten minutes a day so that I look like I workout, I actually go to a gym where I workout and you can go there too, here is the address its not a secret place.

I just bought the TOTAL AB BLAST, all I have to do is use it for 3 minutes a day and within one week it says I will loose three inches of my waist what do you think? Great knock your self out, have fun. I once met a guy who made a ton of money be selling a 100% cockroach killing device it was very simple all it was, was two pieces of wood labeled A and B, place the cockroach on wood A and hit it with wood B until dead. Yes it works to a point but there is so much more you have to do, I can kill a cockroach just as easy with a shoe and safe money. No one machine will give you results not even the most expensive treadmill will do it, it’s a combination of nutrition and exercise.

I like to drink beer every night do I have give that up? Heck why, it goes hand in hand with your pizza. If you had a headache and I gave you a bottle of Aspirin told you to take one, you went home ate the whole bottle and got sick, would you be at all surprised. Loosing weight is a life style change, it’s not about sacrificing the things you love, one beer is not going to make you sick, but a keg will.

Can you tell me the best weight loss program? When you ask best, what is your definition of best, to me any thing where by you loose fat is the best to me. Is the best where by you can loose weight without having to cut down on your beer or not exercise? If yes, then sorry I can’t help, perhaps you’re confused with the word lazy. Maybe you’re looking for a gimmick like the ones they sell on TV, or the magic pill, for three easy payments I will tell you, if you’re gullible enough to believe them, why not send the money to me too. If I invented a new diet scheme naturally I would tell people that this is the best, like so many other commercial weight loss diet, book, machine or Pill Company will tell you in order for you to buy their product. Instead of asking me what is the best, ask me what is the most convenient to suite my life style and habits.

Stop looking for the quick fix, the best diet, the latest gimmick and sorry guys there is no magic pill. Keeping healthy and fit is a life time commitment it’s a life style. Combine the right exercise program and the right meal plan which is convenient for you, then that’s the best weight loss program for YOU.
